week 10 of sustainable systems started with a short update and discussion on our upcycled project.
So me and Antara were partners, I got cement as a material and she got saw dust as a material, we had to make an object using these 2 materials only, we were not allowed to use any other material besides these.
After brainstorming on a few ideas we decided to make few block prints the traditional block prints by mixing both saw dust and cement together and solidifying it in various shapes, so we have gone with making 4 basic shapes like the square, triangle, rectangle and circle with floral, symmetrical and abstract design carvings on each.
Due to the sudden lock down for corona we couldn’t click finished pictures , however we have documented whatever process work we have.
