The 7 class of mindlines was about another aspect of garments .
Where we started learning about how collars and different types of collars are illustrated
COLLAR:
We learnt about the basic 2 important types of collars-
- One piece collar – one piece collar is mostly about the neck and how it falls seen in collar tshirts
- Two piece collar- two piece collar is mostly about the neck , the stiff stand and the fall in front , mostly seen in stiff collar shirts.
We also saw other types like the turtle neck collar, and the hennle bottom, the Nehru jacket collar style
SHIRTS -We then learnt about the last part of shirts which were
A round neck simple t-shirt and how it is illustrated when draped, we also saw the retro blouse shirt and its illustration both front and side ways
PANTS -We then learnt about pants and their types like the
-skinny fit, legging or jeggings type
– the straight fit pant
– the fit hareem pants
– flared pants,
– the bell bottom ones.
We also had discussion about are ideas and understanding about our pitch project towards the end of the class
