Week 9 of drawing class was about learning a new concept called colour mapping.
We were asked to bring an image which was colourful.
We then mapped the entire image on the blank paper as well as on the coloured picture in squares of 1 cm each,
The task was to paint each and every square on the blank paper with colour you see in the picture in the exact same square. We didn’t had to copy the shape or figure of the picture but just map the colour you see in picture in only squares.
Initially it turned out too be interesting , but eventually it was a tedious job , it required a lot of patience and had to be done with full concentration.

In the second half of the class we also discussed about what zines were, and how the thumbnails and story board works, we were shown references also about the same.
The activity was a good learning for me as it was something new to me, also it tested my patience level to the fullest and I had failed , as I started of well but eventually I messed up due to lack of patience, also I learned allot about colours their shades and how you need to
