Week 4 of space and material class were learnings through activities.
CLASS DISCUSSION AND ACTIVITY :The activity was called trigger or 9×9 , in which, in teams of 4 each one will make 16 boxes on a sheet , within Every minute each one had to draw any two objects ,or draw a combination of two objects in one box ,and pass on the sheet clockwise, the next person will draw whatever comes to his/ her mind seeing the first box , if he or she couldn’t think of anything then they could draw another set of two words and so on. This sheet had to be circulated until all the 16 boxes fill up and the sheet must go to the person who started in the first place.
The main 3 things I learnt from this activity was 1) I often feel I am not able to think for unique or creative ideas , I feel I am not able to portray them on paper and not able to think out of the box , whereas this activity taught me how to trigger my brain to give out ideas , how to think differently and present it too.so basically why the activity is called trigger? 2) as this activity was in a group it was a sort Of brainstorming of ideas , which means it’s not necessary that a single person should be able to come up with good ideas , hence we could always work in groups , brainstorm and get the best idea. 3) it also helped to relate two objects or ideas together , it taught me how to find out connectivity between objects and continue further .
